Information About Login IDs and Passwords
Only authorised personnel can access information on this web-site. They are:
- Sponsors. Sponsors are LinkUp approved companies or other
Network Rail authorised bodies.
The login ID for a Sponsor is the same as their NCCA Site ID. The NCCA has notified every sponsor of their login password for this web-site.
- Training Companies. Training Companies carry out training events,
and are licenced by The National Skills Academy for Rail Engineering.
The login ID for a Training Company
is the same as their Licence Number. The NCCA has notified every Training
Company of their login password for this web-site.
- Trainers. Trainers are individuals (working for training companies) who deliver the actual training.
The login ID for a trainer is the same as their NCCA Trainer ID.
To set up a trainer's password, the training company with which they are
registered must login to the web-site and set up an initial password and
e-mail address.
- Assessment Companies. Assessment Companies carry out
workplace assessments, and are licenced by The National Skills Academy for Rail Engineering.
The login ID for an Assessment Company
is the same as their Licence Number. The NCCA has notified every Assessment
Company of their login password for this web-site.
- Workplace Assessors. Workplace Assessors are individuals
(working for workplace assessment companies) who carry out the actual
assessments. The login ID for an assessor is the same as their
NCCA Assessor ID.
To set up an assessor's password, the assessment company with which they are
registered must login to the web-site and set up an initial password and email address.
- Sentinel Card Holders. A Sentinel Card Holder's login ID is their PTS number (the first 6 digits of the number on their PTS card). To set up a Sentinel Card Holder's password their sponsor must first login to the web-site and set up an initial password and e-mail address.
